A native of Denver, he has over 32 years of experience appraising commercial properties in the metropolitan Denver area and throughout Colorado. His extensive expertise encompasses a variety of property types, market conditions, and valuation challenges, which makes him a trusted authority in commercial real estate appraisal. Throughout his career, David has completed more than 3,000 commercial building appraisals and 1,600 land appraisals. He is particularly well-known for his work in complex appraisals, special use appraisals, land appraisals, industrial appraisals, office appraisals, retail appraisals, and eminent domain cases. His insights and expert testimony provide clients with strategic advantages. David is recognized as a qualified expert witness in several courts, including Adams County District Court, Arapahoe County District Court, Denver County District Court, Douglas County District Court, Jefferson County District Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado, and the Colorado Board of Assessment Appeals. He holds the prestigious MAI designation and has been a leader in the real estate appraisal profession for decades. In 2001, David founded Daniels Real Estate Services, where he continues to uphold principles of integrity, precision, and a strong commitment to client success.

David started his career as an appraisal associate at Bowes and Company where he gained valuable experience in commercial real estate valuation from 1992 to 1999. He then moved to THK Associates, Inc. from 1999-2001, where he continued to refine his skills in commercial real estate appraisal, feasibility, and market consulting.
